Book Cover Design

Design and production of your book cover including ISBN on back (you supply ISBN and we will create bar code) $300. If you have your own photo or design in mind, we can work with you to prepare the art for offset and digital printing at an hourly rate.

Interior Book Design

This includes front and text pages. One time design fee $150 + Typesetting .50 per page. Example = $150 + $175 (350 pages × .50) = $325. Additional charges will be incurred for authors changes after final proof. We expect from authors completely edited and finished manuscripts on a disk or sent as an email attachment. We'll removed your running heads and page numbers to set it up in the book format. Take a look at our samples.

We do not 'type' pages. File must be on a disk or sent as an email attachment in a word processing .doc or .txt format

PDF eBook

Our print books are generally 12 point type on 14 point leading (the space between each line.) Our eBooks are typeset at 12 point on 18 point leading. We've eliminated running heads and feet, and only page numbers appear between pages so as not to interrupt the flow. That means a 250 pages print book would be closer to 330 pages as an eBook.

If you are planning both a print and an eBook, because of the above alterations, the digital book is $100 additional to the price of print book preparation. Production of only an eBook is priced the same as print books.

Miscellaneous Charges

Scanning of photos & graphics for your documents: $8.00 per scan.

Author error correction after final proof: Charges will depend on extent of changes

Payment

Payment will be cash, check or money order. Fifty percent at the beginning of the job and the remainder when the job is complete.
